Industry Maintenance was engaged to deliver a full office refurbishment and fit-out for a commercial client in Darwin CBD. The scope included demolition, partitioning, custom joinery, painting, flooring installation, and final finishing works. Our team coordinated all trades to ensure a smooth delivery with minimal disruption to the client’s operations.

Mobilising during peak wet season meant 48 lost days were forecast. We re-sequenced the program to pour the slab in stages and prefabricate steel offsite, recovering 31 days before frame-up.
Handed over three weeks ahead of program with zero LTIs across 18,400 site hours. The client moved 100% of operations within a fortnight of practical completion.
